Shipping

Rullamart offers free standard U.S. shipping on orders of $99 or more. Orders under $99 will have shipping calculated at checkout.

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground.

Processing Times

Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for information on replacements and refunds.

Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been shipped.
